Trust Peptides operates exclusively as a chemical supplier of research-grade compounds. Trust Peptides is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, pharmaceutical manufacturer, dietary supplement company, or medical device company. No products sold on this website are intended to be used as drugs, biologics, dietary supplements, or medical devices as defined by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act) or any other applicable law.

All compounds listed on this website are sold pursuant to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) inventory and applicable federal and state regulations governing the sale of research chemicals. Purchasers are solely responsible for determining the lawfulness of acquiring, possessing, and using any compound in their jurisdiction.

2. Research Use Only — Strict Prohibition on Human or Animal Use

3. Eligibility — Qualified Researchers Only

By creating an account and/or purchasing from Trust Peptides, you represent, warrant, and covenant that:

• You are a qualified research professional, licensed scientist, academic researcher, or otherwise authorized to purchase and handle research chemicals in your jurisdiction
• You will use all purchased products solely for legitimate in-vitro scientific research in a properly equipped laboratory setting
• You will not resell, redistribute, or transfer any products to any person who has not agreed to these Terms
• You understand that misrepresenting your qualifications or intended use constitutes fraud and may result in civil and/or criminal liability
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where the purchase or possession of any listed compound is prohibited

Trust Peptides expressly disclaims any representation that its products are safe or effective for human use. 5. Indemnification

6. Limitation of Liability — All Sales Final

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRUST PEPTIDES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM THIS WEBSITE, EVEN IF TRUST PEPTIDES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

The total cumulative liability of Trust Peptides to you for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. All sales are final. Due to the nature of research chemicals, Trust Peptides does not accept returns. Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

7. Payment & Orders

All orders are processed in USD. Payment is collected via secure invoice sent to your registered email address following order placement. Orders are fulfilled upon confirmed receipt of payment. Trust Peptides reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or limit any order at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason. Fraudulent orders or orders placed with misrepresented credentials will be cancelled and reported to appropriate authorities.

8. Shipping & Export Compliance

Trust Peptides ships to all 50 United States. Free standard shipping is included on all domestic orders. Same-day shipping is available for in-stock items on orders placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Trust Peptides does not ship internationally and is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond its control.

Purchasers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable export control laws and regulations. Trust Peptides makes no representation that any product is appropriate or legal for purchase or use outside the United States.

9. Regulatory Compliance — Purchaser's Sole Responsibility

It is the sole and exclusive responsibility of the purchaser to ensure full compliance with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, storage, handling, and use of any research chemical. Trust Peptides assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the purchaser's compliance or non-compliance with any applicable law. Trust Peptides products are sold with the express understanding that the purchaser has independently verified the legality of the purchase in their jurisdiction.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software, is the property of Trust Peptides or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings conducted in Wyoming. You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Trust Peptides.

Trust Peptides reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the effective date noted above. Continued use of this website or purchase of any product following any modification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms.
