In-stock orders placed before 2PM EST ship the same day, Monday through Friday.

2-Week Items

Made-to-order compounds ship within 14 business days of order confirmation.

Discreet Packaging

All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of contents.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx. Carrier selection is based on destination and order size. Tracking numbers are emailed automatically once your order ships.

Delivery Timeframes

Same-day items: 1–5 business days depending on destination. East Coast deliveries typically arrive in 1–2 business days. West Coast deliveries typically arrive in 3–5 business days. 2-week items: 14 business days production + 1–5 business days shipping.

Order Cutoff Times

Same-day shipping cutoff is 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 2PM EST or on weekends will ship the next business day.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
